Jennifer is a respected HR Professional with 20 years’ experience in business as a coach, consultant and trainer. She began her career in International Banking and has delivered Management Development and Leadership Programmes worldwide, working extensively in North and South America, South Africa and Europe. Her particular strength is in equipping line managers with the skills to get the very best performance from their teams. She draws on a wealth of personal knowledge and experience and uses this for the benefit of her clients.
Jennifer develops her clients’ leadership behaviours and people management skills predominantly through innovative, practical workshops. To date she has trained over 700 managers in Coaching Skills for high performance. Additional topic areas include, amongst others, ‘The Challenge of Change’, ‘Managing Teams Effectively’, and ‘Get Organised and Achieve More’. Her work, in particular as an Investors in People Practitioner, has given her access to people at all levels in all sizes of organisations.
