First, they provide us with the means to structure a Programme according to a client's needs. Secondly, they give us an in-depth understanding of a client's personality, strengths and behaviours. Thirdly, and most importantly, they ensure that a Coach has the best possible understanding of a client and their requirements.

Sometimes it is necessary to use more than one assessment tool to get to the deeper aspects of personality. We often use character eliciting tools such as Strengthsfinder, especially when working with people in transition or those who are in line for promotion to a senior role.
